OLEKSIYIVKA CITY PROJECT

The new neighborhood will be built in Kharkiv and will consist of 16 residential blocks (phases) with 3 kindergartens, a school, a stadium, office and retail space, underground parking lots and surface parking lots. Quarterly development with car-free yards and high-quality landscaping. All neighborhoods will be connected by a developed bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure. The developed pedestrian zone of the neighborhood will include a promenade with cafes, playgrounds for all types of recreation, public spaces that will connect the three neighborhood squares and further connect the neighborhood with the shore of the Lozovenka Reservoir.




 

1. One of the largest projects in Eastern Ukraine – the construction area is 22 hectares;
2. A unique architectural concept: each of the 16 phases is planned to be developed by a separate architectural firm, which ensures the external uniqueness of the project;
3. This is the first and largest residential quarter in Kharkiv, which is designed as a City within a City and takes into account all the needs in the areas of study, work, and leisure;
4. Large existing green area and Lozovenka reservoir.
